Can we meet in person to discuss my project?
Yes! If you're local, we can meet at a coffee shop to go over your project details. I believe face-to-face meetings help clarify everything and make sure we're on the same page.

Do I really need a website?
Not always. If you're just starting out, social media might be enough for now. But if you’re looking to grow your business and need better online visibility, a website is a powerful tool.

How much does a website cost?
Prices start at $250 for a simple 2-3 page website with no backend. A more advanced 10-page site with some backend features starts at $650. Custom websites with full SEO, branding, and backend features start at $1,200+.

Do I own my website 100%?
Yes! You own all the code, content, and domain. No hidden fees, no forced subscriptions. Once you pay in full, it’s 100% yours.

What technologies do you use?
I use EJS, Node.js, Express, Vanilla JavaScript, Mongoose for database management, and Bootstrap, CSS, or Tailwind CSS for styling.

Do you offer SEO services?
Yes! I optimize websites for Google Search using structured content, typography, keyword research, and Google Business integration. I don’t do monthly analytics reports, but I set up Google Console and Analytics so you can track performance.

Can you manage my social media?
Yes! I offer a social media management package where I create and schedule weekly content (images, videos, promotions) to keep your business active.

Do you provide hosting?
Yes! Hosting is available for $30/month on Heroku. This includes server maintenance, security updates, and backups. However, major site updates or redesigns are NOT included.

What if I need a logo and branding?
I offer branding packages! For $550, I create a custom logo, letterheads, business cards, and social media graphics. I also help secure a business name and social media handles.

Do you create business emails?
Yes! I set up professional business emails using Zoho Mail or Google Workspace.

Can you set up my Google Business profile?
Yes! I optimize your Google Business profile, add photos, and connect it to your website to improve your visibility in search results.

How long does it take to build a website?
Depends on the complexity:
- 1-2 weeks for a simple site
- 3-6 weeks for a fully custom website with backend features

Do you offer CMS (Content Management Systems)?
Yes! If you need to update your own content, I can build a simple CMS so you can manage your site without coding.

Can I get updates or redesigns later?
Yes! I offer site updates and redesigns. Small updates (text, images) start at $30-$50, while major redesigns require a new estimate.

How do payments work?
Payment terms:
- Projects under $500 → Full payment upfront
- Projects over $500 → 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
I accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or cash for local clients.

What if I cancel after paying?
If you cancel before I start, I’ll refund you. If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable since time has been spent on the project.

What happens if I need extra features not in the original agreement?
Small tweaks (text, colors, images) are included. Major changes (UI redesigns, new features) are extra. I send a PDF before starting so you know exactly what’s included.

How do you handle delays and client response time?
If you don’t provide the required content within a reasonable timeframe, the project is paused until you do. If I don’t hear from you for more than 2 weeks, additional fees may apply to restart work.
20.
Do you offer training on how to manage my website?
For projects over $1,000, I provide free training on how to use your website and track analytics. For smaller projects, training is a paid add-on.
